I'm so sorry to hear that you did not see the monthly payment option when you last tried to renew your Magic Key pass. Let's see what we can do and hope it was just a fluke - perhaps Loki was being a little mischievous behind the scenes.
The monthly payment plan option is available to Magic Key holders who live in California. I recommend trying to
complete your renewal on a desktop computer at the Disneyland site just in case something might be fishy in the Disneyland app. Make sure you are signed into your Disney account so you are recognized as a resident of California to have access to this option. If you are using Internet Explorer, it is also
recommended that you use another web browser, as some web pages may not function properly. If you find that you still aren't seeing the payment plan option after trying these things, I suggest reaching out to a friendly Cast Member at the
Magic Key holder phone line for additional assistance.
I've really enjoyed being a Magic Key holder and am really looking forward to a few visits during the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. I was also super excited to see that Magic Key holders will have a specially priced Sip and Savor Pass to sample the festive eats and treats during the
Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure Park. You can find additional details in the portal for Magic Key holders in the Disneyland app. And if you aren't already, be sure to follow
