I removed a reservation accidentally and now I can’t get it back because it says there is no park availability.

    Heigh-Ho Logan,

As 2021 positively moves forward, Walt Disney World continues to monitor and maintain a healthy and safe environment for all Guests and Cast Members. One such way is the Disney Park Pass reservation which allows Walt Disney World to keep park capacity at safe numbers. All Guests are required to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the first park they plan to enter for the day. At the moment, Guests with the Park Hopper option will need to enter the first park they have reserved but do not need a reservation for their park-hopping parks.  Park-Hopping hours begin at 2:00 p.m. and Guests should check park availability on their My Disney Experience mobile app or by calling (407) 560-5000.

I am sorry to hEAR of your conundrum. My best piece of advice is to call (407) 939-4357 and explain what happened. They can access your account and have a look and maybe a little pixie dust will be sprinkled your way. Cast Members are dealing with a high volume of calls so pick a time of day which you don’t mind staying on hold. In the meantime, continue checking the Theme Park Availability calendar.

I hope this helps and am sending much Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust your way.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
