How can I remove 2 people from my friends and family list when it says they have active plans but they haven’t??

Hi, Nicola! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for bringing your question to us! The My Family & Friends List is such a great addition to My Disney Experience. It helps us link with everyone in our travel party so that we can make plans together for our magical holiday. Once the holiday is over, I can certainly understand how you may want to "clean up" your account and start with a fresh slate. A few years ago, I planned a trip for some extended family and set up profiles for each of them within my My Disney Experience account, knowing that they did not have their own accounts. I also came up with the same issue you are experiencing, so I have a tip to share with you.

When you have thrown all the pixie dust at your My Family & Friends List and there are still a few stubborn profiles that want to hang on (maybe they're looking for stray bits of pixie dust?), you may find that calling a Technical and Website Support Cast Member will be your best solution. That is exactly what I had to do to remove members of my family (you know how pesky in-laws can be! ha!) so that my List was not a mile long. They will simply verify that there are no active plans that involve their profiles and then remove them for you.

I hope this helps you make your My Disney Experience account spit-spot and ready for your next adventure! Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
