How do I remove 1 park ticket for an individual in party from a park reservations prior to paying in full?

    Howdy Doug!

I love it when a fellow Texan stops by planDisney. Welcome! And thanks for bringing your question our way.

I'm so sorry someone in your party isn't able to make it to experience the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. I understand that sometimes plans change. I, too, have had my share of rescheduled trips.

Doug, I called to speak to a Cast Member who told me your best bet would be to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line. A friendly Cast Member there will be able to look into your account to check if you have a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package. If it helps, here are the Terms and Conditions detailing cancellations. In case you do have a package, I recommend calling as soon as possible to make the change, as your Guest could incur a fee for modifying or changing a package within 30 days of arrival.

I hope the rest of your party is preparing to make the most wonderful memories together. If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, remember to take advantage of the Early Theme Park Entry, as Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels can enter any of the four theme parks 30 minutes early every day!

Wishing you all an enchanting visit, Doug!
