    How do you remove a "note" from My Disney Experience? I can add notes, no problem. But I am at a loss as to how to remove or modify a note. Thank you!

    My Disney Experience is a must-have planning tool for any Walt Disney World Resort vacation, but it's definitely most helpful when we can get it to work! I'm so glad that you stopped by with your great question, and I'd be happy to help you figure out how to delete a note from your plans within My Disney Experience.

    If you're using the My Disney Experience mobile app, you'll be able to delete the note by clicking on it, then selecting the blue "x" that says, "Delete This Note." You won't be able to make any modifications to the note within the mobile app, however you will find that you have some additional options on the website. If you log in to your account online and find the note in question under "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," you should notice that you have two options over on the right-hand side, "Modify" or "Remove." If you choose "Modify," you'll be able to change the time, date, location, title, description, or Mouseketeers who are also seeing the note. If you choose "Remove," it will ask you to confirm that you'd like to delete the note.

    Now, I will say that I've had trouble managing my own My Disney Experience account in certain web browsers before. I'd suggest making sure you have the most current version of the mobile app and/or switching internet browsers, and hopefully everything will function properly for you! If you try all of these suggestions and you're still having trouble, I'd suggest calling a Cast Member who specializes in My Disney Experience and he or she would be happy to help you. I'm sending some pixie dust that you'll be able to get everything straightened out and back to the point where My Disney Experience is nothing but an amazing and powerful planning tool!
