I remember needing to ride a tram from the parking lot to the TTC . My question is If I get to the parking lot early enough will I still need to ride the tram or are you close enough to walk? My large jogging stroller doesn't fold up very small.

There are trams in the parking lots of the Disney theme parks. The trams help cut down on the walking that guests need to do to get from the outer areas of the lots to the parks and general transportation areas. You are never required to take the tram; you are always able to walk from your car to the park (or in the case of the Magic Kingdom, to the Transportation and Ticket Center)  if you choose to do so. Early arrival almost always means that you will able to park closer to the theme park entrance or TTC, and this would cut down on your walk time.
