Hi! With reliable sites like allearsnet.com releasing ticket price increases for 8/3, does this mean '09 packages will also be released tomorrow? If not, any idea when? Are there big changes for dining plans like some sites are reporting? I can't wait!! TY

We have been told that Walt Disney World park ticket prices are going up tomorrow -- buy today to lock in your price. Tickets are good until they are first used.

We have not been told any particular date when 2009 package prices will be released. However, historically the next year's package rates have been released in late summer, so my guess is that those will be coming very soon.

There is one addition to the dining plan that the Moms Panel has been made aware of. Beginning tomorrow, August 3, 2008, Disney will begin booking a new Quick Service dining plan for guests arriving after January 11, 2009. The Quick Service dining plan will consist of credits for two quick service (also known as counter service) meals and two snacks per night. Pricing has not yet been released.

That's what we know at this point. Stay tuned for more in the days ahead.
