We have registrations for April 20ll Could you please explain to me how the points work, how you can earn them, and how to redeem them Thanks!

    Hi Sheryl,

I am thinking that you are asking about the Disney Rewards Visa card and the point system you can use through Chase Bank's program. As a Charter Member of this program, I can tell you I love the system and the ease.

I have cashed in the points a few times to use towards our Disney World vacations and found it easy to use and convenient. I was able to cash my points in online through my account access. There was an option to redeem the points. Simply check this option and it will direct you on how to obtain a Rewards card. You will then be given the option to transfer your points to the Rewards card. The card is then mailed to you. It operates similar to a credit card or gift card and can be used towards your purchases, dining or hotel bill while on property.

If you do not have access to your account online, simply contact the customer service number on the back of your card and they will be able to assist you. You can find additional information on the program and its rewards here.

Happy planning and keep building up those points!
