I registered for the Disney Princess Half and then decided to register for the challenge. where do I get the form to fit for the transfer and my refund minus the processing fee?

    Hi Lindsey!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I actually did this exact same thing for Tinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend and I'm glad to let you know it was fairly simple!

You will want to reach out to runDisney on their contact page. They will then email you a form to fill out and resubmit to them. You'll need your contact information and they'll ask you to select which race you originally signed up for and which race you are transferring to. Below that you'll put the registration confirmation number for each of your registrations. A few days later you should receive an email directly from Active.com saying you've been issued a refund for your initial registration less the $45 processing fee. For me it took about a week, but was a very easy!

Please let me know if you have any other questions and good luck on lacing up your glass slippers for the 5th Anniversary Disney Fairy Tale Challenge in 2018!

Meet the Panelist: Lindsey, Illinois

My name is Lindsey and I'm a wife, mommy, engineer and self-proclaimed "Disnerd!" I've always loved Disney and the joy it brings to so many people. I've been to Disney more times than I can count, but I found an even greater passion for all things Disney after discovering runDisney events. There is no better motivation to train for a race than a trip to the most magical place on earth! Learn More About Lindsey
