    When I registered for my Disney account, I put in a wrong email address. How can I change it so I can get our tickets?

    I am sorry to hEAR about your ticket conundrum, in order to recover your ticket purchase you will need to speak to a Cast Member in Guest Services. You can call (407) 566-4985 beginning at 7:00 a.m. Mickey Mouse Time and someone can assist. Prior to and if you have not already done so, I highly recommend creating a My Disney Experience account and download the mobile app. This is your vacation hub. Here Guests are able to monitor their Disney Resort Collection hotel reservation or vacation package, purchase/link/modify/upgrade Walt Disney World tickets, create their Disney MagicMobile digital pass, make an advanced table-service dining reservation, use the mobile food and beverage order option at any time, stay up to date on attractions wait times and that’s just a small tidbit of what it will do for you. Take the time and become comfortable navigating your My Disney Experience, it truly is a handy dandy tool and one in which you can easily find your tickets once you have linked them.
