Hello there, Samuel!
A warm welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with a wonderful
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. I'm thrilled to see you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth
very soon! There's nothing like a splendid springtime visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I'd be honored to help you prepare for an unforgettable day in the theme parks!
Disability Access Service (DAS) provides accommodations to Guests who experience difficulty tolerating extended wait times in traditional queue settings by allowing them to reserve return times for attractions. It sounds like you've already registered for the service via live chat with a Cast Member, so that's fantastic! Once your eligibility has been determined during the registration process, you can expect to see the DAS "tile" appear as an option in your
My Disney Experience mobile app upon your arrival at the theme park. Once the option appears, you'll be able to start making and redeeming
return time selections to minimize your attraction wait times!
Samuel, you'll be able to make your next selection starting ten minutes after once you've redeemed your first return time. So, to maximize the magic during your theme park day, be sure to keep making and redeeming selections as you go!
If you have any questions throughout the day, you can always reach out to a friendly Cast Member at
Guest Relations or a Guest Experience Team location (blue umbrellas). For any additional vacation planning guidance, you're always welcome to revisit us here at
planDisney as well! We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth.
See ya real soon,
Lauren
