Ahoy there, Julie! Welcome aboard, and thank you for your question.
Disney Cruise Line has so many
activities for guests of all ages, some of which you don't even need to register for in advance. But for the things you do need to register for, such as
port adventures,
specialty dining, and some onboard activities, I can walk you through how to do it.
Before you can book any of the activities, you have to make sure your cruise is paid in full and you are at your booking window. Your booking window is determined by your status in the
Castaway Club, Disney Cruise Line's loyalty program. You'll be automatically in the club after your first sailing, but if this is your first sailing, you can begin booking your activities 75 days prior to sailing.
Once you arrive at that date - which you should have done on August 24th - you want to
log into your reservation. The details of your sailing should open up, and on the right side of the page, you'll see a box that says "Cruise Activities" with a "Book Now" button. When you
click that book now button, it will take you to your day-to-day itinerary. You'll now see the plus sign on the right that says "Add Activities," and you'll be good to go.
I hope this helps with planning your voyage, Julie. If you find something you want to do is sold out, keep checking back, and you may even want to check at guest services when you board. Some activities do end up with extra space or a waiting list.
Have the best time!
Anna
