Welcome to planDisney, Jenna!
With your Disney Cruise just a few months away, you definitely have something to smile about! Online check-in opens on the Disney Cruise Line website and
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app 30 days before your voyage. To help this process go smoothly, you'll need a picture of everyone's
travel documentation, emergency contact information, a credit card for any onboard purchases, and an individual color photo of each guest taken against a neutral background. Yes, you can smile for the picture.
The final steps are to accept the Cruise Contract and select a Port Arrival Time. Once you submit all the required information, your online check-in status will change from "Not Started" to "Pending Approval." This sometimes takes a while, so don't worry if it still says pending for a few more weeks.
Cast Members will scan your Port Arrival Form and everyone's travel documentation to complete the check-in process at the port. Then, you'll be on your way onto the ship when your boarding group number is called.
I hope this information helps your
check-in go smoothly! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any additional questions. My pals and I are always happy to help.
SEAS the adventure!
