Hello.. In regards to the Fantasmic show more specifically, Fantasmic Dining Packages. We will be visiting the Disneyland park Oct 5,6, n 10th. I noticed that Fantasmc Dining reservations aren't available past Oct 4th? Is the show discontinuing?

Welcome back to planDisney, Fabian! Fantasmic! is a must-see in my family’s book. There’s just something spellbinding about watching Mickey take on the forces of evil to cap off a Disney day. From dazzling special effects to breathtaking projections, and that iconic moment when Mickey stands triumphantly atop Tom Sawyer’s Island, it’s a show that never fails to inspire awe.

I also checked the Fantasmic! Dining Packages calendar, and you are correct. October 4th is currently the last available day to reserve a package. Since no official announcement has been made about the show being discontinued, I recommend checking back periodically for updates. The Disney Parks Blog is also a fantastic source for the latest news on entertainment, attractions, and more. For last-minute planning, the Disneyland app can be a helpful tool to see any new Fantasmic! availability as it appears.

If you’re looking for other nighttime spectaculars, Disneyland has plenty to offer! Paint the Night is currently scheduled for two performances nightly and is a dazzling parade full of twinkling lights and music. Halloween Screams also haunts the evening skies on select nights in October, and you won’t want to miss Zero, the ghostly pup from The Nightmare Before Christmas, soaring above Sleeping Beauty Castle in a hauntingly heartwarming flight.

Here’s a Q-Tip for a fantastic viewing spot: the area near the entrance to “it’s a small world” is one of my favorite locations for evening festivities. While Main Street fills up quickly, this spot remains a bit calmer and gives you a perfect view of the floats as they twinkle by. Arriving early here not only secures a prime parade spot but also positions you to enjoy the Halloween Screams projections on the “it’s a small world” façade. After the final burst of fright fades, stay put to watch A Tapestry of Happiness, a projection spectacular that transforms the façade into a vibrant storybook of Disneyland history. It’s a perfect ending to a magical night.

Fabian, I hope this helps you plan your evening at Disneyland. No matter which spectacular you choose, you’ll be surrounded by music, light, and that special feeling only Disneyland nights can create. If you have any additional questions or would like more tips, planDisney is always here to help.

    Have a truly magical evening,
    David
