Hello, Rachael! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
My family and I fell in love with the
Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks last summer when we added them to our Annual Passes. While both Water Parks have awesome attractions for tiny tots, my favorite is
Tike’s Peak at
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. Designed especially for Guests under 48”, your little ones will love this pint-sized aquatic playland with slides and activities scaled down just for their enjoyment. There are also inner tubes with solid bottoms for little ones to sit in as they float along
Cross Country Creek, a lazy river attraction that loops around the entire Water Park! Get there a little bit before the Park opens and grab a complimentary shady spot under one of nine covered patios in the Tike's Peak area, too.
While you are allowed to bring your own personal flotation devices or life jackets from home, these will need to be US Coast Guard/ UL approved flotation devices. There are plenty of complimentary life jackets located throughout the Parks, and there are special-sized ones for small children, too. Since zippers or exposed metal are not allowed on any of the attractions, you might need to find an alternative for your children’s Swimsafe Floatsuits since it looks like the zippers on those are exposed.
I hope you and your little ones enjoy your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort Water Parks, Rachael. Have a splash-tastic time!
Amy
