    Hi! Regarding Disney Dining Plan, if two guests are joining us for a meal, but have run out of points or are not on the dining plan, can we still use our dining plan points when dining with them?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! So exciting to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon and that you will be using the Disney Dining Plan! 

    If your friends or family members have run out of meal credits, they can still dine with you and your family, but will have to pay out of pocket. Let your server know that your party will be using different payment methods; some of you will be redeeming meal entitlements whereas some other members of your party will be paying cash, by credit card or charging the amount to their room reservation (to be paid at check-out, charged to the credit card you associated with your reservation). 

    Remember that gratuity is not covered by any dining plan and must be paid using any of the methods described above. If your party consists of six or more guests, then 18% of your check will be automatically added.
