Is there a way to get a refund of unused tickets

    Hi there, Rosemary!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

Although a trip to Walt Disney World Resort is my favorite thing in the world, there are times when the vacation just doesn’t work out. If you’re anything like me, this is heartbreaking but somehow, things will fall into place and you will make it back to The Most Magical Place on Earth when the time is right!

Walt Disney World Resort standalone Theme Park tickets are nonrefundable at this time; however, Guests can modify the date for their tickets or put the ticket price towards another ticket at a later date, as long as the tickets are unused. Prices may vary and the Guest would need to pay the difference at the time of modification.

If the tickets are a part of a Walt Disney World Resort package reservation, it would be subject to the package cancellation policy, which does allow for a full refund as long as the cancellation is more than 30 days prior to arrival! You can always call Existing tickets and speak with a Cast Member who will be happy to assist you with options.

Rosemary, we hope to see ya real soon, pal!
