How do I get a refund for the two unused days on my families 3-day California resident passes we weren't able to use due to Covid and won't be able to use now because we've moved out of state.

    Hi Katie,

Welcome to planDisney! I hope that you and your family had a BLAST during your Disneyland Resort visit, and I'm sorry to hear that it sounds like you may not be able to soak up even more magic and fun with the last two days on your tickets.

Unfortunately, all theme park tickets are nonrefundable, including the California resident ticket offer you purchased. While I would not get your hopes up for a refund, I'd encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member personally to kindly explain your situation and see if there's anything you can do. Please feel free to call a ticket specialist at (714) 781-4636, send an email, or use the chat feature within the Disneyland mobile app. With so many Guests excited to Return to a Land of Magic, call volumes are currently higher than normal and you may need to whistle along with the magical music while you wait. You may have better luck at getting through to someone more quickly if you call later in the evening.

Please don't forget, too, that those tickets are valid through September 30th. If there's any way you can squeeze a visit in before then, I'd encourage you to make your theme park reservations as soon as you make your arrangements.

Thanks for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, Katie. I'm sending pixie dust that everything will work out perfectly for you!
