Hi Katie! Thank you for taking the time to send in your question to planDisney. I'm here to help!
Unfortunately, Disneyland tickets are non-refundable; however, according to
Disney's eTicket Terms and Conditions, the amount paid for any wholly unused ticket can be applied towards purchasing a new Theme Park admission ticket at the current price. If your rescheduled dates are higher in cost, you'd just be expected to pay the difference. You can do this in person at any Guest Relations locations in the parks, or contact
Disneyland Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636, and they will take care of you.
Mickey and I sincerely hope you consider rebooking your trip, Katie, and I'll give you a few reasons why! On April 22, the
Main Street Electrical Parade (which will debut a new grand finale float) and the
Disneyland Forever fireworks spectacular will return to Disneyland Park;
World of Color will also resume the same night at Disney California Adventure Park. In addition,
Fantasmic! is preparing for its return to Disneyland on May 28. Check out the
Disney Parks Blog for more exciting details on these fan-favorite nighttime spectaculars.
See ya real soon,
Eean
