Hello, Clinton! Thanks for reaching out to planDisney with your question. I'm happy to help!
According to
Disneyland's ticket terms and conditions, theme park tickets are non-refundable. However, they can be used later (up to the expiration date) as long as they are completely unused and based on the new date(s) availability for your ticket type.
To change the date on your tickets, you first need to cancel your initial
park reservation. To do this, log in to your account, hover your cursor over "My Disneyland," and choose "Ticket and Reservation Details" from the drop-down menu. Next, select "View My Park Reservations" and click "Cancel Reservation." Then, once you get your confirmation of cancellation, you can book a new date. Also, your tickets will still retain their value even after their expiration date and can be applied toward purchasing a new ticket with an equal or higher price. These policies do not apply to special event tickets or multi-day tickets that have been partially used.
Another option is to consider gifting your unused tickets to a friend or family member with an upcoming Disneyland Resort trip. You'll need to contact the
Disneyland Ticketing Department at (714) 781-4636 seven days a week from 7 am until 9 pm Pacific Time. The Cast Members can assist with changing the name on your ticket, and once that is done, you can give them the ticket numbers to link to their
Disneyland Mobile app.
I hope this helps, Clinton! We'd be honored to help you again sometime, so feel free to write back!
