how can i get a refund for a ticket i bought online?

Aloha, Alyssa, and welcome to planDisney!

Gawrsh, I’m sorry to hear you won’t be able to proceed with your vacation to The Happiest Place on Earth as planned. I can only imagine how disappointed you must be, but don’t despair! Since theme park tickets are nonrefundable, you’ll be able to save the ticket you purchased and use it towards a future trip to the Disneyland Resort. If you purchased a 1-day ticket this year, it won’t expire until December 30, 2023. If you purchased a Multi-Day ticket, you have until January 12, 2024 to use it. If, for some reason, that’s not enough time for you to reschedule your trip and your ticket expires, the price you paid for your ticket can be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value at a later date.

In the meantime, be sure to follow planDisney on Instagram and tune in to the planDisney Podcast for planning tips and advice you can use when you are ready to come “home” to the magic at Disneyland Resort. We’ll be here at planDisney waiting to help you make your trip as magical as possible when you do.

    Think happy thoughts,
