What is your refund policy for park tickets? can they be refunded 30 days or 60 days before a trip? has it been updated due to uncertainty around Covid?

    Hiya, Rebecca!

Rebecca, first of all, I completely understand needing to be flexible when planning your vacation.

At this time, theme park tickets are non-refundable. If you do have to change your plans, do not worry! The value that you paid for your tickets is never lost, and you can simply freeze the tickets in your account to be used at another time. Just make sure that you change the date of your tickets in your My Disney Experience Account and cancel your Disney Park Pass system reservation before midnight on the day before you are set to visit.

Please note that if you change your tickets to visit at a time when tickets are priced higher than your original purchase, you may be subject to the difference in price.

If you choose to purchase a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package, which includes tickets and accommodations at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, you are eligible for a full refund up to 30-days before check-in.

I hope that this gave you a bit of clarity, Rebecca! Please come back here if we can answer any other questions as you embark on your planning journey.

    Adventure is out there!
