What is refund policy on park hoppers?

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney, I am happy to assist. Guests’ Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable. But your tickets can be used towards a future Walt Disney World vacation. In other words, when you are ready to plan your next Walt Disney World vacation, “The amount paid for an unused ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new ticket at the current price so long as the new ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket.”  Guests should call (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member for further assistance in purchasing updated tickets.

In the meantime, to keep up with your Walt Disney World tickets, it is wise to create a My Disney Experience profile and link your tickets to your account. The My Disney Experience is your vacation hub and will keep your ticket information in a safe place until you are ready to access them. If I can help with any other curiouser and curiouser questions feel free to ask and check out our Instagram (@planDisneypanel) and Panel Extras for more vacation planning tips.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
