Can I get a refund on the park tickets (6 day non park hopping) I purchased for my friend and apply them to my hotel stay in April?

Hi there, Teresa! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for stopping by! It sounds like you have an upcoming trip to Walt Disney World right around the corner. How exciting! I see that you are experiencing the need to change your vacation plans, as many people have experienced during this uncertain time. Now more than ever, Walt Disney World remains committed to helping Guests change their plans easily and craft vacations that suit their needs. If you have purchased Park Tickets for a friend directly from Walt Disney World and none of those Park days have been used, and the Ticket is not yet expired, you should be able to change reassign them to yourself. The way to accomplish this is to call the Disney Existing Tickets department via telephone and describe your situation. They should be able to help you along! You will see more information about the reassignment of Park Tickets right on the Disney World website.

Teresa, are you familiar with the Know Before You Go pages? If not, I highly recommend that you browse these. They outline all the newest policies and procedures in place in and around the Disney Parks to protect all Guests' and Cast Members' health and safety. The Experience Updates - Theme Parks & Tickets pages discuss all the policies regarding Park Tickets and changes during this time.

I hope that this information helps you, Teresa, as you continue to make magical plans! Please know that we are here for you anytime we can help you in the future.

    See ya real soon!
