Heigh-Ho Maria,
I am sorry to hEAR this very UnMagical News but know sometimes things out of our control come into play. Typically, unused
Walt Disney World tickets are non-refundable but I suggest calling (407) 939-1936. With a little bit of Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust a Cast Member could possibly help out further with your request. Phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST and it is best if you call as early as possible because they are experiencing a high call volume.
Another option is gifting your tickets or finding someone else who is interested in taking them off your hands. Guests are able to
reassign their unused tickets via their
Family & Friends list. First, the interested Guest would need to create their own
My Disney Experience account and then you would invite them to join your Family & Friend list. To Invite, sign in to your My Disney Experience profile, select Family & Friend list, scroll down to Add Guest and choose from the following 3 options:
1. Find through Connected Guests.
2. Import from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation.
3. I’ll Enter their name and age.
Choose option “3” and fill in all required information. Next select, Invite This Guest To Connect and enter their My Disney Experience email account. An invite will be sent and they will need to accept the invite to continue. Once they are a part of your Family & Friend list, select the tickets in question and choose the REASSIGN option for each ticket. A drop-down menu of your Family & Friends will appear and you can select the Guests with whom the tickets should be assigned.
Thank you for visiting planDisney, I hope you are able to resolve your ticket conundrum. When the time comes for you to return to The Most Magical Place On Earth feel free to visit us and ask us any further curiouser and curiouser inquiries.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
