    I want a refund for my Disneyland tickets (California) that I bought for September 13, 2021

    Hi Tawny and welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question about the Disneyland Resort. 

    While refunds are not granted for theme park tickets, you may receive a credit toward the purchase of new theme park tickets for a later date. I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member at ticket services, by calling (714) 781-4636. They will be happy to discuss all your options with you. 

    Tawny, you can always plan a visit for a future date, with your unused theme park ticket. Take a look at the theme park reservation availability calendar to find a date that would be convenient for you.
