How can I get a refund on 3 day passes? Our original dates to go to park was cancel because of covid19 would just like a refund hoe do I do this ?

    Hiya Rosemarie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so sorry that a "Stitch" was thrown into your Disneyland Resort plans! I can certainly point you in the right direction, and hopefully, you will get to revisit your trip to the Happiest Place on EARth soon!

I see that you are a California resident, so if your multi-day pass is a promotional Southern California Resident ticket, the use date is extended through December 16, 2021. You can use the passes on non-consecutive days, and there are blackout periods that apply. If your tickets are not promotional multi-day tickets, the validity period has also been extended. Here is the list of extensions depending on the type and tier of your card. Check your passes to determine the specific type you have. As long as your tickets are unused and unexpired (which it sounds like they are!), you can use their value towards the purchase of new passes as long as the new ones are greater than or equal to in price.

Rosemarie, if you have additional questions regarding your tickets, please call (714) 781-4636 where a Cast Member will be happy to help. Did you know the Resort is planning to open just in time for its 65th Anniversary? Mickey & Co. love a good party, so I'm sure celebrations will continue for a bit. We hope you will be able to join the fun, and we'll see ya real soon!
