How much is the refund if you cancel a Disney cruise?

Ahoy there, Paul, glad you found us at planDisney!

It’s always a bummer to have to change plans, especially for a sailing with Disney Cruise Line. But I know life happens and sometimes it’s just what you have to do.

Disney shares its cancellations and refunds policy on the terms and conditions page for residents of the United States. The percentage of the refund amount is dependent upon the timeframe with which you cancel your sailing, along with the room type.

While most rooms are refundable contingent on eligibility in the terms, concierge room deposits are non-refundable. If you booked directly through Disney, contact them with further questions. If you booked through a travel agent, they must assist with any modifications or cancellations.

Hopefully, this gives you a bit of reassurance knowing the terms, Paul. I am sending loads of pixie dust so that you can sail at the right time if not now, in the near future. If you have any other questions as you plan, feel free to send over another message - we’re here to help!

    Adventure awaits!
