    Are the refillable popcorn buckets available right now or have they been axed due to Covid?

    Hi Amy!  Thank you for bringing another great question to planDisney.

    As you are likely aware, during the phased reopening period of Walt Disney World Resort, numerous health and safety measures have been implemented and there have been some operational changes.  It is a smart idea to check in advance how "Returning to a World of Magic" may look a bit different than what we are used to.

    I am happy to let you know that refillable popcorn buckets are still available.  In fact, some new holiday designs have recently made their debut!  Guests are still welcome to purchase popcorn refills during their stay.  In order to promote a more contactless transaction, you may be provided with a paper box of popcorn rather than having the actual bucket refilled.

    Popcorn is such a quintessential Disney snack for my family.  So much so that my daughter has made it clear that eating popcorn on Main Street, U.S.A. is her highest priority for our upcoming visit!  She insists that is where the very best-tasting popcorn can be found.
