How can I redeem my points?

    Hi Ebtissam!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Since there are several different types of Disney “points” that Guests refer to, I’m going to cover a few since I am not sure exactly which ones you are inquiring about.

If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, and have purchased a real-estate interest as part of Disney’s vacation ownership program and would like to book your resort stay, you have two main options. You may call Member Services at the number on the back of your Membership Card, or you may book via the DVC Member Website. If you are needing to make an international phone call, first enter your country’s access code, followed by the number on the back of your Membership Card.

If you are a Disney Rewards Visa Cardholder, and would like to redeem your Disney Rewards Dollars, the easiest way is to request a Rewards Card online before your trip. If you do not have time to wait for it to arrive before your vacation, or international shipping will be an issue, you may visit any Guest Relations at a Disney Theme Park or Downtown Disney. You will be required to show a Photo ID and your Disney Rewards Visa, and they will give you a Rewards Card. You will then need to call the provided number to have your Rewards Dollars added to your card.

If you are a member of Disney Movie Rewards, and would like to redeem your points for movies or merchandise, simply log-on to your account. After browsing the available rewards, simply choose the “redeem” button to begin the process.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions that I can help you with!

    Have a magical day!
