What are your recommendations for watching fireworks at the Polynesian Resort? We're wanting to eat at Capt. Cooks, could we get it to go and take it out to the beach to watch? Which part of the beach offers the best viewing location? Thanks!

Hello there, Callie! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out and ask a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort question!

It sounds like you've already created quite a magical plan for viewing the nighttime spectacular, Happily Ever After!  Viewing this amazing fireworks show from Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is actually one of my favorite lesser-known tips. There are many locations along the beach where the music and sounds of Happily Ever After are even piped in for Guests to enjoy! For those staying at this Disney Resort hotel or those that are not wanting to brave the crowds at the Magic Kingdom, this can be a great way to end your day in a more relaxing way!

One great location to watch Happily Ever After is the beach area directly in front of the Lava Pool! This is just a short walk from Capt. Cook's and offers a great view of this dazzling show. For a more secluded viewing experience, you can also make your way over to Luau Cove and relax by the beach here. Honestly, though, it is tough to go wrong when viewing fireworks from the beach of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! Due to its location directly across from the Magic Kingdom, it's quite difficult to find a "bad view" of the show!

Hopefully, this information will help you plan the perfect evening at Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can help you plan any other parts of your vacation!
