Hi Mike!
Walt Disney World has so many fun options to explore outside of the theme parks. My family always plans days without theme parks visits and we fill them with magical moments as well. I have a few ideas to keep your daughters entertained outside of the parks.
Downtown Disney is a great place to explore. You will find fun shops, amazing restaurants, and experiences that are truly unique. I have an 8 year-old daughter who is a fashionista, she loves browsing the fun boutiques aimed at young girls including LittleMissMatched, Once Upon a Toy, The Lego Store, and the new Zoey and Pickles boutique located inside of Marketplace Co-Op. Shopping does work up an appetite and Downtown Disney offers some great restaurants including
Rainforest Cafe, and T-REX Cafe.
Another fun, affordable option is a round of miniature golf at one of Disney's two locations. Both
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf and
Winter Summerland Miniature Golf offer two 18 hole courses. My families favorite is the Winter Course at Winter Summerland. If you choose to play this course watch out for the snowman he may surprise you as your ball passes under him.
These are just a few of the many options available at Walt Disney World. I would love to give you more ideas but I'm running out of space. Please ask me any additional questions you may have. I would love to continue to help you plan your magical family adventure.
Have a Tiggerific Day,
~Jen
