    Would you recommend purchasing the Disney Memory Maker?

    Hi Susan!  I was able to try out Memory Maker recently and I loved the service.  In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I've already purchased it for my family's Walt Disney World vacation this summer.  Based on my own experience, I do recommend it to my friends and family, but whether or not it makes sense for you is a personal choice. Here are some of my favorite things:
    • It's completely digital, so you don’t have to worry about any printed photos or a CD that you receive after your vacation.
    • There's no limit to the number of photos on your account or the number of times you can download them within the 45-day window.
    • Disney PhotoPass photographers are easy to find throughout Walt Disney World, and they make it easy for everyone in your group to be in your pictures.
    • You can view, download and share your photos to your favorite social media site just minutes after they're taken.
    • I love the fact that some attractions and dining spots are included. 
    • The ability to link family and friends makes sharing your photos even easier.
    So, the question then comes down to whether or not Memory Maker is worth the cost.  The alternative is to purchase individual prints taken at attractions, character meals and other Disney PhotoPass locations.  At around $15-30 each, it doesn't take many of these to add up to the price of Memory Maker.  I also found that I tended to seek out more photo opportunities having Memory Maker than I ever would have otherwise, which only added to the great collection of vacation photos I had at the end of my trip.  I hope that helps with your decision.
