    Can you recommend a good planning guide to purchase ahead of time that gives clear explanations about the parks, rides etc, so our family can "draft" itineraries and hopefully reduce "waste time" when we visit ?? Thanks

    Hi again Peggy! I love hearing from you!  Although the internet is the most fantastic tool, I still love a hard copy book, especially to have with me when travelling! I have two favourite guides. The first one is the Complete Idiot's Guide to Walt Disney World. Written by my friend and fellow Moms Panel panelist, Doug Ingersoll, it's a fantastic resource whether it's your first or fifth Disney vacation!

    I also enjoy The Complete Walt Disney World (2012) by Julie and Mike Neal. The photos are awesome and I love the section on where to find your favourite characters!

    I know you've already found the Moms Panel website, but also be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog, where you'll hear first-hand what's new in the parks.
