Where do you recommend eating breakfast where they serve grits? Thanks

    Hey there, Vicky!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We're so glad you stopped by with your dining question!

As a Georgia girl who loves grits, it's my pleasure to assist you with this question. Although I've found grits on the menu at several restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, my recommendation for an amazing breakfast would have to be Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. In my opinion, the Creamy Grits with Smoked Gouda at Kona Cafe are my absolute favorite on property. In addition, this popular dining location serves Kona Press Pot coffee, an amazing banana-stuffed french toast covered in cinnamon sugar called Tonga Toast, Macadamia Nut Pancakes and other delicious breakfast offerings. Kona Cafe is the one dining location that my family of six always requests for breakfast.

Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is another popular dining spot, in which Guests are sure to experience both hearty dishes and fun antics from the wait staff. At this time, Stone-ground Cheese Grits are served at this Table-Service restaurant. Please know menu selections are subject to change at any time. Guests may begin booking dining reservations 180 days in advance by going online, calling (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463 or via My Disney Experience mobile app.

I hope this information has been helpful to you, Vicky! Please let us know if you have any new questions or would like additional dining recommendations. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip!

    Bon Appétit,
    Jodie
