Can you recommend any allergy friendly restaurants at Disney Springs and Epcot? I have a dairy allergy. I know the restaurants within the other parks are great with allergies, but not sure about Disney Springs and Epcot.

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Marissa!

I am very familiar with food allergies at Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Springs because I have family members who have gluten and milk allergies. So, for each visit, we plan meals to ensure they are aware of the available options. As you have said, Disney restaurants are great at providing options, and you will be happy to know that Disney Springs and EPCOT are no different.

We have experienced several Disney Springs and EPCOT restaurants accommodating their allergies. At Disney Springs, you will find D-Luxe Burger and Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC, which have menu items specific to dairy allergies, which my family members love. T-Rex in Disney Springs does have an allergy-friendly menu, and our server was able to help guide us to the yummiest items. At EPCOT, you will enjoy the dairy-free options at restaurants like Coral Reef Restaurant and Le Cellier Steakhouse (to name a few). Again, if you have questions regarding the menu, speak with a cast member at EPCOT, and they will help provide a list of additional options.

If you have additional questions, please feel free to let us know.

    Have a magical time!
