    I recieved 4 free tickets to Disney World. It says to go to guest relations at any park to redeem tickets, but I know you have to make reservations to the park you want to go to, but I would like to redeem the tickets a month before we go.

    What a pixie-dusted surprise to receive complimentary tickets to Walt Disney World and May is a beautiful time to visit. This time of year brings one of my favorite reasons to visit, the Taste of Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. The architectural beauty of topiaries, plants and flowers will guide Guests along the way as they are introduced to the sounds and tastes of World Showcase. And visit the Odyssey Events Pavilion where Guests can experience the exciting changes with Walt Disney Imagineering Presents the Epcot of Tomorrow. 2021 is sure to be filled with many magical and memorable moments. 

    If you have not already done so, I highly recommend making a My Disney Experience profile and downloading the mobile app. Become comfortable navigating this handy-dandy tool, it is your vacation hub for your Walt Disney World vacation. Here you should also make your My Family & Friend List. This is where you will enter everyone’s names and information you will be traveling so you are able to link tickets to them. 

    Your complimentary tickets should include either a Will Call Confirmation Number or 12-digit Ticket ID Numbers for each ticket. These numbers are needed to link and assign your tickets to your My Disney Experience profile. To link your tickets:

    *Sign in to your My Disney Experience profile
    *Select My Plans
      *Highlight Park Ticket and Select Link Tickets
    *Enter either the Will Call Confirmation # or Ticket ID #
    *Follow prompts to assign to your Family & Friend List
    *You are ready to make Disney Park Pass reservations

    If you are having difficulties or can not locate the required ID numbers, I highly suggest speaking to a Cast Member by calling (407) 566-4985. They can better assist you in linking your tickets so you can begin making Disney Park Pass reservations ASAP. Once they are linked, you are able to make your Disney Park Pass reservation through your My Disney Experience profile or app.
