We recently went to Disney for vacation. It was the first time using wristbands. Memory maker was purchased prior to trip. Most of the park photos were taken using my husbands band; some taken on other bands. How do we retrieve them? Thanks!

    Hello Renee!

I hope you had a truly magical and unforgettable vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort! Get ready to relive those memories when you view all your fabulous vacation PhotoPass Photos. Photos from each member of your travel party should be available for you to view and download. If you took a lot of photos, hopefully you’ll find a few magical surprises and delights added to some of your photographs!

To find your pictures, begin with a visit to your My Disney Experience Account. Using the My Disney Experience tab on the top right of the page, choose the My Reservations and Tickets option. Scroll all the way down to the bottom to the area for Memory Maker. If you haven’t already linked your Memory Maker, you can do it there. If it is already linked, it should give you the option to view and download your photos!

If you notice that not all your photos are there, and you suspect that not everyone’s Magic Bands were linked properly, you can still adjust this. Go to the My Family & Friends tab and you’ll see a list of each person in your travel party. Make sure that next to each adult it says, “can view and purchase your PhotoPass Photos.” If it does not say this next to one of the adults in your party, choose the Edit button on the far right, and you can change this information on the next page.

Once you have claimed all your wonderful photos, have fun with them! They are yours to use as you like, so feel free to use them on holiday cards, calendars or to make a photo book. Recently, Shutterfly added Disney themes to it’s photo book options, so you may want to check those out.

    Have a Disney Day!
