Hi, Rhonda! Thank you for bringing this great question to us. I am so glad you made
Memory Maker a part of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans. It always amazes me to see exactly how many Disney PhotoPass pictures we take during our vacations! I love that with Memory Maker, we can have unlimited digital downloads of each and every magical memory that we make instead of having to choose just a few.
Linking all of your
Family & Friends to your My Disney experience account is the first step in making sure the whole group can have their photos included in your Memory Maker. When traveling with a large group, there are plenty of times that you may "divide and conquer" your favorite attractions. Linking everyone to your account ensures that any picture small groups may take on their own will still find their way to the whole group. However, when it comes time to view and download the photos, only the purchaser of Memory Maker will be able to do this. When other members of the group sign in to their My Disney Experience accounts, they will be able to see the photos, but they will have a watermark on them and they will be charged for downloads.
Luckily, I have a solution for you. There are lots of photo sharing websites online, most of which are free of charge. You can download all of the Disney PhotoPass pictures onto your laptop (I definitely suggest you do this instead of onto your phone, as the files are quite large!) and then upload them to the photo sharing website. Give your family the link to them and you are all done! They can look at the pictures and download just the ones they would like to keep.
Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
