Graciela, since you said you've already looked into your account and don't see your tickets, I called and spoke to a friendly Cast Member at the
Tickets line who told me the best thing to do would be to give them a call. A Cast Member will be able to get into the system to pull your tickets in and link them to your account for you.
Once the tickets are pulled back into your account, you can log into the
Disneyland mobile app, navigate to the ☰ feature menu, and tap the "Tickets and Passes" option to view your tickets.
