I was recently at Universal and SeaWorld and noticed that the parks are very strict about what you can bring on roller coasters and large motion rides. They did offer lockers at the beginning of each ride. Does WDW have the same restrictions?

    Hi Pamela,

Lockers. The locker situation at Universal and SeaWorld are so frustrating to me especially when you do not have that issue at the Walt Disney World Resorts.

While I do not recommend a large backpack for touring the parks, a day pack or small bag or purse will fit on most roller coasters or motion rides. There is either a pouch or a room for you to secure the bag in your seat. If you can leave it with someone who is not going on the rides, that makes it easier.

You can rent a locker at the front of each park if you have bigger items you do not want to carry all day but may want handy such as sweatshirts or rain gear.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
