Hello there, Angelica, and welcome to planDisney.
I'm sorry to hear that there were unforeseen circumstances that interfered with your sister's plans to visit the Disneyland Resort. I can certainly try and help you with your ticket situation.
Normally, the names attached to
Disneyland Resort Theme Park Tickets are not binding. With the exception of the
Southern California Resident Ticket, Cast Members do not verify ID when entering the Parks. As long as it is the same individual using the ticket during that ticket's usage period, the name does not matter. On first entry with the ticket, Cast Members will take a photo of that person and it will be linked to that ticket and used to ensure that the same individual is using the ticket.
If you would like to transfer these tickets back into your account, you may do so through the main
Disneyland website. Hover your cursor over "My Disneyland" and click on "Link Tickets." This can also be done within the
Disneyland Mobile App. From the Home screen, press the ☰ Features Menu and scroll down to "Link to Account."
If you would like to change the names associated with the tickets or have other issues, I would recommend calling
Ticket Guest Services and a friendly Cast Member would be more than happy to help you out!
I hope you were able to use the information in this answer, Angelica, and that you are able to visit the Disneyland Resort yourself sometime. It's a wonderful time to visit because the
Disney100 Celebration is in full swing and the Park is so beautifully decorated. If you're a Marvel fan, you'll be thrilled to know that
"Rogers: The Musical" will be coming to Disney California Adventure for a limited time starting June 30! And you have to experience
Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway! It's quickly become one of my favorite attractions!
If there is anything else that we can do for you, Angelica, please do not hesitate to come by again! We'd love to see you back!
Have a Magical Day!
