    Hi, Moms! I recently stayed solo at CSR. Loved everything but the in-room DVD player. What good is a DVD player that isn't hooked up? Could it have been overlooked by staff? Does BLT have in-room DVD players? Have upcoming family trip there. Thanks!!

    I am a frequent solo traveler to Walt Disney World. I understand how the details of a vacation matter, particularly when you're on your own.

    I apologize for your experience at Coronado Springs. Whenever you're at WDW, if you have any sort of issue with your room, you should bring it to the hotel's attention as soon as possible so that they can rectify the matter. With more than 20,000+ rooms on property, there are inevitably little glitches once in a while. But every time I've had a room concern, I've called the front desk and they worked to solve my problem expeditiously.

    There are DVDs players in the rooms at Bay Lake Towers, as well as at all the Disney Vacation Club resorts.
