    I recently signed up for a Disney+ account using the same email as my Disney Parks account. My Disney+ account is not showing up inside of my Memberships and Passes on my Disney Parks account. How can I confirm they are connected? Thank you!

    Greetings from planDisney, Ryan! It's great to chat with a fellow resident of the Keystone State about all Disney Parks and Disney+. My family and I are also Disney+ subscribers and if you love the parks, don't miss Behind the Attraction, The Imagineering Story, and the Magic of Disney's Animal Kingdom. These are some of my family's favorite glimpses into the backstory of the Disney Parks.

    Now, there have been Special Offers released for Disney+ Subscribers at Walt Disney World in the past, so it's important to have your accounts linked together. When you log into your My Disney Experience account and hover over the words, "My Disney Experience" in the upper right corner, you should see your name, and directly under your name the word, "Profile." When you click on Profile you'll be taken to a page that shows your "Membership & Passes." Click the arrow on the right side to expand this tile. Here you should see every Disney affiliation associated with you such as Castaway Club Membership, Disney Vacation Club Membership, D23, Disney+ Subscriber, and Disney® Visa® Cardmember. If you don't see your Disney+ affiliation listed, I would first confirm that your emails are exactly the same with no extra spaces, periods, etc. If for some reason your emails and demographic information match but your subscription isn't noted, I recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member in the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ department. They will be able to look into your specific account.
