I recently read that coolers on wheels are not aloud, but are back packs on wheels aloud?

Hi Karen!  Disney has a very strict policy on what personal items can be brought into the parks.  According to the Disney website, guests are not permitted to pull items behind them, such as coolers and unfortunately rolling backpacks.  Nor are they permitted to bring items which have wheels, from roller skates to skate boards to rolling coolers.  There have been cases where guests have been told that they were not allowed in the park with a rolling backpack.  Should you need to store anything that cannot be carried around, Disney provides plenty of locker rentals at all theme parks. Hope this helps clear that up for you, and thanks for asking! -Malanie

Meet the Panelist: Malanie, New York

Hi there! The Disney Parks have been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Introducing my children, husband, and family to all the magic that Walt Disney World can offer has led to countless moments with Mickey and Friends, Disney Vacation Club membership and fun on the high seas with Disney Cruise Lines! Our vacations are usually centered around a visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth, and I am super excited to help you plan and create magical moments for you and your families!
