    I have recently read that you can make breakfast reservations in Animal Kingdom before the actual park opens. Is this true and what restaurant do you recommend? It will be first time to Disney, and Animal Kingdom will be our first park.

    Hi, Thomas!  Some of the restaurants in the various theme parks begin breakfast hours before the theme park opens.  At Animal Kingdom, you can enjoy a meal at Tusker House (my favorite!) or the Rainforest Cafe.  When you arrive at the park for your dining reservation, you just need to let them know at the gate and they will permit you early admission.  

    I love to do the early morning dining reservations.  You can get some awesome photos walking to your restaurant in the morning, and it's also nice to have the whole day ahead of you with a good meal behind you.  

    I'd highly recommend Tusker House, especially if this is your first day in the park.  It's a character meal, so you get a first taste of Disney Magic, and the buffet is filled with wonderful foods, both familiar and a bit exotic.
