    Are recently purchased 5 day park tickets and then my husband found out that his company offers discounted tickets. Is it possible to still get the discount on the tickets that were just purchased?

    My husband also gets some amazing deals on Walt Disney World Resort vacations. It is such a great benefit, and we try to take advantage of it as much as we can. 

    Nancie, Walt Disney World Resort tickets are non-refundable when purchased outside of a vacation package. So chances are, your discount will not be able to be applied to your ticket. This is especially true if you need to purchase your tickets through a third-party website such as Tickets at Work to receive your discount. 

    I will tell you that if it were me, I would still call Guest Relations and see if there was any magic that the wonderful Cast Members could do. Even when calling, I would be prepared for a "no" answer. 

    I just know that you will have a wonderful time, Nancie; with, or without, the discount.
