I recently purchased an annual pass & have a trip booked in August. The reservations say that we will need to show our annual pass at check in however, we won't be going to the park until the next day. How will we be able to check in?

    Hello Tammy!

Congratulations on your Annual Pass purchase and welcome to the club.  I love my Annual Pass especially the special Passholder discounts throughout the Resort.   I hope you have a magical year ahead filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

I am assuming you have booked a Disney Resort Hotel using the Annual Passholder discount rate.  If you have and have not yet activated your Annual Pass at a theme park ticket window you will need to show your confirmation receipt along with a photo ID when you check in.   I did this exact thing a few years ago and had no problems at all.  Once you activate your pass you may want to stop by the desk once again and show them that you now have the pass on hand.  I never had to do this but it's always better to be prepared.

I hope this has helped.  Please let me know if I can answer any other questions about your upcoming visit.  It's always a pleasure to help out a fellow Guest.
