I recently paid off my package with park hopper tickets for our October visit. My question is - Can I add more park hopper days to my current ticket before we get there even if my package is already paid off and I did online check in and how do I do that?

    Hi Erika,

Your upcoming trip is going to be amazing. October is the perfect time to experience the magic of Disney World because there are fabulous fall decorations everywhere and specialty food items to bring all of your senses along with you on your adventure!

Luckily, upgrading your ticket to add more days is something that is done often, so there is an easy process for it. You can upgrade eligible tickets directly in the My Disney Experience app, or by stopping at any theme park window, the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or the Guest Services desk at each theme park. Keep in mind that tickets can be upgraded as long as you have not used the last valid day of your ticket.

To upgrade tickets in the My Disney Experience app, click the three stacked lines in the bottom right corner. Then, you will select "My Tickets and Passes" and navigate to the ticket that you wish to upgrade. If it is eligible to change or upgrade, you will see a button underneath your ticket that says "Upgrade Ticket" or "Change Ticket." Now follow the prompts to make any changes to your ticket that you desire. If the button is not there for you, you will need to call Existing Tickets to discuss the options you have for upgrading your ticket.

If your tickets were booked as a combined Disney Vacation Package, you may have to modify the entire reservation to change the number of days on your tickets. You can also do this in your My Disney Experience Account. I find that a change like this is easier to make on a desktop computer where you have better visibility. After you log in, navigate to your upcoming reservation under "My Plans" and choose the "Change Reservation" option. Now you will scroll down to the Theme Park Tickets section and click the "Change" link to modify your tickets to add as many days as you wish.

Enjoy the extra time at the theme parks!

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
