    Hi, I just recently ordered my Memory Maker and when I got my confirmation email it doesn't say anything about delivery. Should I be getting something in the mail?

    Hi Angela,

    I really enjoy the Memory Maker product. It's a great way to capture your PhotoPass, character dining, and ride photos all in one place.

    You should not expect to receive anything in the mail related to your Memory Maker purchase. Once you link the Memory Maker to your My Disney Experience account (at DisneyWorld.com), everything happens automatically.

    When you're in the parks, be sure to wear your Magic Bands. When you're wearing your bands, your party's ride photos will be added to your account automatically, you don't even need to stop at the photo desk to claim them. When you have a PhotoPass shot taken, present your wrist to the photographer to scan. That's really all you have to do.

    At home, log into your account within 30 days of your return. You can see all your pictures, add borders or other embellishments, and then download everything to your computer. Once the photos are downloaded, you can print them, add them to your blog or Facebook account, or send them to friends.
